一般sci文章在经过审稿以后是需要返修的，要求我们按审稿专家的意见对文章进行修改和标注。除了修改稿以外，我们还需要提供一个回复信，并对编辑的审稿意见做一对一的回复，这一步想想都觉得很头疼。

在回复审稿人意见的时候，首先要摆正我们的态度，用平和的心态去修改，因为审稿人很有可能会把我们的文章批的一文不值，也有可能会提出一些很没水平的意见。我们要提醒各位同学，千万别上头，千万别急眼，千万别夹枪带棒怼回去。要知道江湖不是打打杀杀，而是人情世故，编辑能让你返修而不是直接拒稿，说明基本就是有希望，所以一定要友善地回复，完全没必要和审稿人争个脸红脖子粗。

在文章修改的时候，能修改的意见一定要尽量去修改。一般情况下审稿人的问题包括这几种情况：第一是文章格式或语言错误，这种是比较好修改的；第二是文章中的某些语句描述不清楚，这个可以重新换种写法，写的清楚一些；第三是觉得我们的文章没有创新性，这种不用担心，虽然我们可能真的没有创新性，但是只要没有拒稿，都有我们狡辩的空间，再把你认为的创新点列给他们看就行了；第四是要我们补实验，这种看情况吧，能做到就做，不能做的就向审稿人表示目前没有实验条件，后期如果条件成熟了，一定会进行审稿人说的相关研究，然后把这部分内容写到discussion部分，审稿人觉得受到了尊重，基本不会说什么；最后就是审稿人和我们对某个观点的分歧，这里就要谨慎回答了，可以解释，但一定要圆滑，切记不要与审稿人和编辑发生争执。

如果有的意见实在离谱没法修改，那就尽可能地解释和说明，实在不行就表个态，说这次确实是我们哪里做的不好，但是也在文中解释了这个局限性，以后的实验里一定如何如何就行了，再感谢一下人家的提醒，最后基本都没问题的。

再就是要注意回复的时间，千万不能超过deadline，但是也不能太快回复，要间隔几个礼拜，以示重视。因为如果人家第一天让你修改一大堆问题，但是你第二天就改好发给编辑了，那不用说，编辑肯定就会怀疑你有没有好好修改，增加拒稿的风险，这就是人之常情。

下面我们给出一个写作模板，也是作者一直以来使用的模板，以供大家参考：
