修改稿回信（Response letter）可以说是投稿到录用阶段最重要的信件。

修改稿回信需要对审稿意见的全面回复，将审稿意见与回复内容区别开来，并且需要进行审稿意见的分类处理，对论文中任何增加、删除和修改都要单独说明，怎么强调小心谨慎也不为过。

下面给出一个有三个Reviewer的修改稿回信（Response letter）模板。修改稿回信（Response letter）实际上是给编辑的信+回答审稿人意见两部分组成：

第一部分：给编辑的信
