Contributions accepted for publication are subject to a recovery fee of $200 USD to cover part of the costs of the publication process (administrative management, style correction, translation, design and metadata marking).
In certain cases, the Institutional Editorial Committee may exempt some contributions, especially those of authors from institutions in developing countries, from the recovery fee, upon request and justification.
There is no charge for the submission of manuscripts.
