Molecular Nutrition & Food Research offers authors the option to publish their articles Open Access: immediately free to read, download, and share.
If the Open Access option is selected, submissions will be subject to an APC if accepted and published in the journal: $4880 USD / £3240 GBP / €4030 EUR
Page Charges
Research articles up to 7 printed pages and reviews up to 15 printed pages are free of charge. For each additional page beyond these limits, the corresponding author will be charged 196 EUR +VAT.
Please note that these charges will also apply to invited authors of e.g. special issues, if applicable.
