La Medicina del Lavoro | Work, Environment, and Health is a small, independently managed, and fully open-access journal that has not applied an article processing charge so far. Thanks to the Italian Society of Occupational Medicine’s generous sponsorship of its official journal, only scientific merit determines whether to accept or decline submissions. Once accepted, all manuscripts are published free of charge.

期刊简介：La Medicina del Lavoro《职业医学》（双月刊）. La Medicina del Lavoro is a bimonthly magazine founded in 1901 by L. Devoto, and then directed by L. Prieti, E. Vigliani, V. Foà, P.A. Bertazzi (Milan). Now directed by A. Mutti (Parma), the magazine is the official Journal of the Italian Society of Occupational Medicine (SIML), aimed at training and updating all professionals involved in prevention and cure of occupational diseases.
