Journal of Periodontal Research offers authors the option to publish their articles Open Access: immediately free to read, download, and share.
If the Open Access option is selected, submissions will be subject to an APC if accepted and published in the journal: $4880 USD / £3240 GBP / €4080 EUR
Page Charge
Articles exceeding 7 published pages (including figures and tables) are subject to a charge of GBP70.00 per additional page. For guidance purposes, one published page amounts approximately to 5,500 characters; text should be reduced if figures/tables are included within the 7 pages. If authors are unable to pay additional page fees they will need to reduce the length of their articles. Page charges will be waived if an author has ordered and paid for Open Access on their article.
