Authors of accepted peer-reviewed articles have the choice to pay a fee to allow perpetual unrestricted online access to their published article to readers globally, immediately upon publication.
The article processing charge (APC) is billed upon acceptance of the article and should be paid within 30 days by the author, funding agency or institution.

Figures
Figures may be produced in color. The price for the first color figure is $750. The charge for each additional color figure is $150. All color figures can appear in color in the online version of the journal at no charge (Note: this includes the online version on the journal website and Ovid, but not the iPad edition currently).
