JMSACL is an open access journal that is operating under a Platinum Pay-What-You-Can Open Access model. Authors are encouraged to support publication of their work by contributing whatever amount they are able (USD$900 is recommended), however, this is NOT required. Any balance charged by Elsevier for publication of an article and not paid by the authors will be covered by the journal's host society, MSACL. All articles that are accepted for publication will be immediately and permanently free to access by everyone.
