Publication Fee Policy
All articles published in Journal of Marine Science and Technology (ISSN: 1023-2796) are published in full open access. In order to provide the full access service to readers, and to cover all costs of publication, each article accepted after peer review will be charged 19500 NTD or 650 USD before typesetting. This payment is effective from the submission on August 1, 2021.
Discount of Publication Fee for Referees of Submitted Manuscript. As a courtesy, the Journal of Marine Science and Technology will offer Invited Referees a 50% discount of Publication Fee if they are the corresponding author of an accepted article that is submitted to the JMST within one year of their service.
期刊简介：Journal of Marine Science and Technology-TAIWAN《海洋科学与技术杂志（台湾）》（季刊）. Journal of Marine Science and Technology (JMST), published by the National Taiwan Ocean University, was inaugurated since 1993, and indexed in EI and SCIE since 1999 and 2007, respectively. JMST is the first journal indexed by double I (EI and SCI) among university journals in Taiwan. JMST is a peer-reviewed high-quality publication in the area of marine engineering, marine science, and maritime management. All published papers are open access to facilitate the rapid circulation.
