All articles published in Journal of Food Safety and Food Quality (JFSFQ) are published in full open access. In order to provide free access to readers, and to cover the costs of publishing services provided, including the optimization of the online submission and editorial system for editors and authors, editing, article production, long-term archiving, abstracting and indexing services, website development and maintenance, and journal management, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of 1500 USD applies to papers accepted after peer review.
Local VAT or local taxes will be added if applicable.
Article Processing Charges are required after a manuscript has been accepted for publication. The journal will not issue refunds of any kind after the acceptance of the manuscript.
