Thank you for your interest in Insect Systematics and Diversity (ISD). The Entomological Society of America (ESA) publishes a number of journals with different publication formats and costs.
Authors publishing with ISD may choose to publish with subscription-based access or Open Access. All authors publishing Open Access are subject to Open Access fees (see Open Access section below); ESA members receive a discount on these fees.
As an online-only journal, ISD does not have color charges.

Page charges or an ESA membership are required in order for a paper to be published. There are no page charges if an Open Access option is selected (below), instead, an Open Access charge is levied (not eligible for waiver).
期刊简介：Insect Systematics and Diversity《昆虫系统学与多样性》（双月刊）. Insect Systematics and Diversity (ISD) publishes original research on systematics, evolution, and biodiversity of insects and related arthropods. The journal welcomes integrative studies incorporating comparative and developmental morphology, conservation, behavior, taxonomy, molecular phylogenetics, paleobiology, natural history, phylogeography, and articles that utilize novel technologies or data types or describe emerging methods of research.
