The publication charge is 1,000 US dollars (or 1,000,000 Korean Won) per article for Korean Society for Food Science of Animal Resources (KoSFA) members and 1,200 US dollars (or 1,200,000 Korean Won) for non-members. First and corresponding authors should pay membership fee to KoSFA. The publication charge for a corresponding author outside Korea is 500 US dollars per article. Additionally, 100 US dollars (or 100,000 Korean Won) will be charged for color print per page for all authors. Invited review is exempt from page charges.
期刊简介：Food Science of Animal Resources《动物资源食品科学》（双月刊）. The Food Science of Animal Resources (Food Sci. Anim. Resour.) has published original papers and reviewed articles bimonthly since 1979. The six issues are published on the first days of January, March, May, July, September, and November from 2020. It covers the scientific and technological aspects of chemistry, biotechnology, processing, engineering, and microbiology of meat, egg, dairy, and edible insect/worm products. This journal is published and distributed by the Korean Society for Food Science of Animal Resources (KoSFA).
