The APC is charged in Canadian dollars (CAD, plus tax) to authors in Canada, and in American dollars (USD) to authors outside of Canada. Standard APC amounts by article type are as follows:
Invited Reply: no charge
Comment, Editorial, Retrospective: $750 originally submitted after January 1, 2025
Every other article type: $2,500 originally submitted after January 1, 2025
Discounts & Waivers
Authors may apply for a discount within ScholarOne — the journal’s online submission and peer review system — only after acceptance. Several discounts and waivers are available:
If any author is a member of the Royal Society of Canada,
for Editorials, Perspectives, Reviews, invited Replies and Retrospectives: the APC is waived
for Comments: the APC is $350 CAD
for every other article type: the APC is $1225 CAD

期刊简介：FACETS《多面》（年刊）. FACETS is a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary open access science journal that primarily features research articles, but also includes review articles, communications, notes, perspectives, editorials, science applications forum papers, and retrospectives. FACETS currently focuses on seven research areas. Although not officially covering Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH) topics, the Integrative Sciences section includes intersections of science and the social sciences. Additional subject categories will be added as the journal evolves in conjunction with emerging scientific advances.
