Publication on a subscription-access basis is free of charge.
Authors have the option to pay the following article publication charge (APC) to publish their article on an open access basis under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) licence.

Reduced article publication charge* for Group B countries：£500 GBP/€575 EUR/$675 USD
Reduced article publication charge for Group A countries：£0 GBP/€0 EUR/$0 USD

APCs only apply to articles accepted for publication; there are no submission charges.
There are no other charges for publishing in European Journal of Physics.
期刊简介：European Journal of Physics《欧洲物理杂志》（双月刊）. European Journal of Physics is a journal of the European Physical Society and its primary mission is to assist in maintaining and improving the standard of taught physics in universities and other institutes of higher education. Therefore, submitted articles should: show how the physics content of the article is currently situated in higher education; explain how the article advances the field of physics in higher education; indicate the usefulness of their material to physics education; make it clear what the intended level of physics education is (undergraduate or graduate).
