Payments are due within 30 days after the publication date. Fees for Research articles are as follows (based on a scale not changed since Feb. 25, 2019). Pages are counted by the editor at the time of acceptance of an article after peer review.
$125 per published page for articles up to eleven pages
$1375 for articles having 11 to 13 pages
$1500 for articles having 14 to 15 pages
$1625 for articles having 16 to 20 pages
$1705 for articles having 21 to 26 pages
$1875 for articles having 27 to 50 pages
Fees for Review articles are determined as follows.
The editor counts the number of pages at the time of acceptance.
The editor applies the fee scale for Research Articles.
The article divides the dollar amount by two.
The reason that Scholarly Review articles get a lower fee is based on an assumption that such articles play a public service role.
