This is an open access journal in which all research articles are published Gold Open Access under a Creative Commons licence.
If you are publishing a non-research article, you have the option to publish Gold Open Access if you choose, but by default non-research articles are not published Gold Open Access and APCs do not apply.

期刊简介：Phonology《音韵学》（一年1卷）. Phonology is the only journal devoted to all aspects of the discipline, and provides a unique forum for the productive interchange of ideas among phonologists and those working in related disciplines. Preference is given to papers which make a substantial theoretical contribution, irrespective of the particular theoretical framework employed, but the submission of papers presenting new empirical data of general theoretical interest is also encouraged. The journal publishes quarterly and carries research articles, as well as book reviews and shorter pieces on topics of current controversy within phonology.
