Political Science Quarterly offers the option of publishing under either a standard license or an open access license.
Should you wish to publish your article open access, you should select your choice of open access license in our online licensing system after your article has been accepted for publication. Open access licenses carry a charge and allow your paper to be freely accessible to all readers immediately upon publication.

You can pay open access charges on the same Author Services site you used to sign your license to publish. You can pay immediately online or request an invoice by email or post.
