Since much of the work devoted to these endeavors evolves rapidly in practice, a fundamental objective for this editorial board is to respond rapidly in evaluating new submissions and to provide timely feedback to authors. In addition to providing more timely and informative responses, the journal will carry on the journal’s long-term goal to represent the highest quality and to be the definitive archival resource for the discipline.
