相关费用:有费用︾1、Publication fee applies to original research articles, notes, and reviews for authors who chooses the non-open access option. This fee is only applicable to papers that have been accepted for publication. Invited reviews are exempt from the publication fee.
The publication charge is US $800 per article for international authors and please find the information for Korean authors at https://www.kosfost.or.kr/content/journal/publication_fee.php .
The publication charge does not include color printing and reprints.
2、Authors who publish open access in Food Science and Biotechnology are required to pay an article processing charge (APC). The APC price will be determined from the date on which the article is accepted for publication.
The current APC for Food Science and Biotechnology is £2190.00 GBP / $3090.00 USD / €2490.00 EUR.

期刊简介:Food Science and Biotechnology《食品科学与生物技术》(一年15期).It is an international peer-reviewed journal published bimonthly by the Korean Society of Food Science and Technology (KoSFoST). The FSB journal covers food chemistry and analysis for compositional and physiological activity changes, food hygiene and toxicology, food microbiology and biotechnology, and food engineering involved in during and after food processing through physical, chemical, and biological ways. Consumer perception and sensory evaluation on processed foods are accepted only when they are relevant to the laboratory research work. As a general rule, manuscripts dealing with analysis and efficacy of extracts from natural resources prior to the processing or without any related food processing may not be considered within the scope of the journal. The FSB journal does not deal with only local interest and a lack of significant scientific merit.
