Submission Guidelines
Manuscripts are to be submitted to one of the Managing Editors by email (see Editorial Board page). Please submit text in TeX or LaTeX format, figures as PostScript files, and attach the compiled PDF.
Submission of a paper indicates a tacit understanding that it is not actively being considered for publication in other journals. Once a paper is accepted for publication, the author is assumed to have transferred copyright to the Publisher.
There is no publication charge. However, authors would need to pay for color printing if they wish to have figures printed in color in the print version. The corresponding author will receive a complimentary PDF of the final published version of the article.
