This publication is supported by subscriptions. If this publication has overlength charges and you choose to exceed the page limit, additional charges will be applied and you will receive an invoice before article publication.
If this publication offers color in print, the online publication of graphics in color is always free at IEEE. You may choose to also print your graphics in color for an additional fee per color graphic.
