1.Gold open access
Articles are freely available to both subscribers and the wider public with permitted reuse.An open access publication fee is payable by authors, or their institution or funder.The Article Publishing Charge (excl. taxes) for this journal is USD 2900.Society Members discount：20%.
2.Subscription
Articles are made available to subscribers as well as developing countries and patient groups through our access programs.
No open access publication fee.
Color artwork
Figures/illustrations can be published in color at no extra charge for the online version. For the print version, color incurs a charge of US$ 312 for the first page and US$ 208 for every additional page containing color. If you wish to have figures/illustrations in color online and black and white figures printed, please submit both versions. If you wish to publish color illustrations and agree to pay the ""color charge"" check the appropriate box.
