Scope
The Chinese Journal of Comparative Law (CJCL) is an independent, peer-reviewed general comparative law journal published under the auspices of the International Academy of Comparative Law (IACL) with its Editorial Office currently based in the Centre for Chinese and Comparative Law of the School of Law, City University of Hong Kong.
CJCL aims to provide a leading international forum for comparative studies on all disciplines of law, including cross-disciplinary legal studies. It gives preference to articles addressing issues of fundamental and lasting importance in the field of comparative law.
How we publish
CJCL is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes one issue per year online.
After copyediting and review of the final proof, papers are published in the currently open volume.
Submitting
