《Aging Medicine》杂志由北京医院、国家老年医学中心主办，中华医学会老年医学分会学术指导，由国际著名出版集团Wiley出版，于2018年5月18日国家老年医学中心揭牌仪式上举行创刊仪式。该杂志也是中华医学会老年医学分会面向国内外的唯一的一本英文国际刊物。

《Aging Medicine》杂志刊登老年人相关疾病的预防、临床诊断和治疗、康复、照护、心理及社会等方面的文章，旨在推动老年医学的发展，应对全球人口老龄化的挑战，力争跻身于融学术性、先进性、实用性于一体的国际化老年医学一流期刊行列。期刊论文执行严格的同行评议，发表的全文开放获取（Open Access，OA），访问《Aging Medicine》杂志官方网站即可获得创刊号中电子版全文，确保每篇文章可以第一时间被全世界的老年医学从业人员免费阅读、下载和分享。

《Aging Medicine》杂志荣幸地邀请到国内外知名的老年医学专家王建业教授、Kenneth Rockwood教授担任杂志主编，于普林教授担任执行主编，奚桓教授、冷晓教授、姜德坤教授、王明屹教授、陈锦贤教授担任杂志副主编，并邀请了来自中国、美国、加拿大、英国、澳大利亚、法国、德国、瑞士、韩国等地的顶级老年医学专家组成了国际化的编委会。目前已出版刊物的学术内容包括老年人疾病的预防、临床诊断和治疗、康复、照护、流行病学、心理及社会等方面的文章，包括指南与共识、述评、评论、临床研究、荟萃分析、综述、个案报道等栏目。
