《International Journal of SmartTechnology and Learning》（季刊）是新出的教育类英文学术刊物。由inderscience出版社主管，华东师范大学主办，教育学部教育信息技术学系承办。关注于智慧学习技术的设计、应用于评价，着眼于运用智慧学习技术促进智慧学习进程，以此推进基于深度学习的学习科学研究，推动当代教育信息技术学的更新与发展，为建设世界一流教育学科做贡献。
Submitted articles should not have been previously published or be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Conference papers may only be submitted if the paper has been completely re-written (more details available here) and the author has cleared any necessary permissions with the copyright owner if it has been previously copyrighted.
Briefs and research notes are not published in this journal.
All our articles go through a double-blind review process.

There are no charges for publishing with Inderscience, unless you require your article to be Open Access (OA). For OA, this journal offers a discounted fee of USD $1600 for each article accepted. You can find more information on OA here.
