导师介绍

欢迎感兴趣的同学申请兰老师(Safe Efficient & Autonomy )团队，研究方向大致（不限于）为Machine Learning /Robotic Navigation /SLAM /Machine Version等。

兰老师是格拉斯哥大学航空航天学院的助理教授，曾在谢菲尔德，拉夫堡，帝国理工大学等做过多年博后研究，以第一作者发表论文30多篇。是领域内知名期刊IEEE Trans. on Automatic Control, Automatica, IEEE Trans. on Vehicular Technology, IEEE CDC, ACC, ICML, AAAI等审稿人。

We have 1-2 phd positions opening for outstanding candidates for 3-4 years. the ideal candidate will be in the Unversity of Glasgow to conduct her/his research in one of the following topics:

(1) Autonomous Vehicles

(2) Robotic Navigation

(3) SLAM

(4) Machine Vision

The candidate is expected to have

1) GPA >=80/100 in computer science, mathematics, automatic control or related major from a 211 and/or 985 university

2) IELTS 6.5 each of part>=6,or equivalent TOEFL level.

3) Good programming skills e.g., Python,C++ and Matlab. Familiar with ROS.

4)Familiar with machine learning framework. eg. PyTorch, TensorFlow, et. al

5)Good journal publishing will be a plus.

The positions are open until filled.
