“立春”作为“二十四节气”之首，是农历二十四节气中的第一个节气。“立”是开始的意思，春天到来，代表着万物复苏，生机盎然，有没有焕然一新的感觉？

Biting the spring “咬春”

要说立春这一天的食俗，那当然就是~吃春饼和“咬春”啦！春饼是人们对“一年之计在于春”的美好祝福，而“咬春”嚼萝卜，则取古人“咬得草根断，则百事可做”之意。

In many parts of China, people observe the custom of "biting the spring".

立春这一天，中国很多地方有“咬春”的风俗。

people eat spring pancakes, spring rolls, or a few mouthfuls of carrots.

人们吃春饼、春卷，或者咬几口胡萝卜。
