Two Post-doctoral positions

Cancer Epigenetics and cancer genome organization

Huang Lab at the Penn State Cancer Institute is currently accepting applications for entry- and senior-level postdoctoral/Scientist positions. The lab focuses on lncRNA mediated cancer epigenetics and cancer genome organization. Our current research focuses on role of long noncoding RNAs in CTCF/cohesion mediated TAD boundary function and cancer genome organization. We utilize a variety of approaches including biochemical, molecular biology, genomic, and mouse models to study these questions.

Here are representative recent publications from Huang lab (Luo et al., Blood 2018, 132 (8): 837-848; Luo et al., 2019, Cancer Cell 2019, 36: 645-659; Luo et al, Molecular Cell 2022, 82: 833-851. Candidates should have obtained a PhD or an MD/PhD degree in the fields of Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or Biomedical Science.
