相关费用：有费用︾An article processing charge (APC) of CHF 2600 (Swiss francs) applies to papers accepted after peer review. In celebration of the 60th anniversary of Moore's law, which drives innovation-based competition within the semiconductor industry, to mark the important milestone in Micromachines, a special discount of CHF 500 (reducing the APC to CHF 2100) will be applied to papers submitted between 1 January 2025 and 31 December 2025. This article processing charge is to cover the costs of peer review, copyediting, typesetting, long-term archiving, and journal management. In addition to Swiss francs (CHF), we also accept payment in euros (EUR), US dollars (USD), British pound sterling (GBP), Japanese yen (JPY) or Canadian dollars (CAD).

The journal publishes reviews, original research articles, and communications in this field. Our aim is to encourage scientists to publish their theoretical and experimental results in as much detail as possible. Therefore, there is no restriction on the length of the papers or the number of electronic supplementary files. Full details on experiments, materials and methods must be provided for a research article so that the results can be reproduced.
