相关费用：选择性费用 ︾Open Access (OA) model：The fee for publishing and posting an article in Open Access is 25,000 CNY or 3,500 USD (or the equivalent in rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the payment date + 1%) for an article of no more than 15 pages of a journal's final CRC (approximately 30 pages in MS Word, can be clarified in the journal’s editorial office).
