Cognitive Computation will become a fully open access (OA) on 1 January 2026. As a result, all submissions received from 5 August 2025 are subject to an article publication charge (APC) if accepted and published in the journal (unless a waiver is applied).
The current APC for Cognitive Computation is £2190.00 GBP / $3090.00 USD / €2490.00 EUR.
This fee is subject to VAT or local taxes where applicable.
