As of January 2017, there are no publication fees.
Other fees:
Editing fees for the final galley or externally translated manuscripts apply. A formatting charge applies when the edits to the manuscript exceed 150 changes or 5% of the word count, whichever comes first. The formatting charge is calculated based on the total word count of the manuscript (0.75 Mexican pesos per word). When the edits exceed 250 changes or 10% of the word count, whichever comes first, the formatting fee is equivalent to the translation cost of the manuscript (1.5 Mexican pesos per word).
