There are no fees payable to submit or publish in this journal.
Figures supplied in colour will appear in colour online regardless of whether or not these illustrations are reproduced in colour in theprinted version. For specifically requested colour reproduction in print, you will receive information regarding the costs from Sage afterreceipt of your accepted article.
Optional open access publishing is available for a fee via the Sage Choice program, and Open Access agreements, where authors can publish open access either discounted or free of charge depending on the agreement with Sage.
