1.If authors select an open access license, then authors must pay the open access charge：$3500，member discount：20%.
2.The Journal does not charge for color.
3.The Journal does not have page charges.
4.Article charges：The Journal charges a per article publication fee upon acceptance: $1500 per article for members and $1875 per article for non-members. This charge is not levied if an open access license and fee is paid.
