The Journal offers the option of publishing under either a non-open access (standard) licence or an open access (Creative Commons) licence. Both options have charges. There is a charge to publish under an open access license. If, instead of open access, authors choose the standard license, page charges apply.
Open access charges：USD 4,368（Member discount 25%）
Page charges
You must pay any applicable page charges through the Journals Licensing and Online Payments portal when production of your manuscript is complete.
The Journal charges $360 per page for non-members and $180 per page for members at the professional level. The price is exclusive of value added tax, goods and services tax, and any similar sales or excise taxes. Any applicable taxes will be added to the invoiced charge at the prevailing rate.
If you choose to publish under an open access license, page charges do not apply.
Board Invited Reviews do not carry charges.
Color charges
The Journal does not charge for color.
