Authors pay a fee called the article processing charge (APC) to make their article available as a Gold Open Access article. The fee for making your article Open Access is USD $2500 for each article accepted (unless stated otherwise under the "Submitting articles" tab on the journal's homepage). This is a specially reduced rate for 2025; the usual fee is USD $3000.
