相关费用：选择性费用 ︾ToH manuscript types and submission length guidelines are as follows:
Regular paper – 12 double column pages (Note: All regular paper page limits include references and author biographies)
Short paper – 6 double column pages (Note: Page limits include references. No author biographies are required.)
Survey paper – 14 double column pages (Note: All survey paper page limits include references and author biographies)
Comments paper – 2 double column pages
Pages in excess of these limits are accepted only at the discretion of the EIC and are subject to a $200 mandatory overlength charge. Regular and Survey papers may not exceed 20 formatted transactions pages. Short papers may not exceed 8 pages (6 standard pages plus 2 overlength pages). Papers submitted in the ToH to haptics conference track (either the World Haptics Conference or the Haptics Symposium) also may not exceed the 8 pages allowed for short papers (6 standard pages plus 2 overlength pages).
Open access
This publication is a hybrid journal, allowing either Traditional manuscript submission or Open Access (author-pays OA) manuscript submission.The OA option, if selected, enables unrestricted public access to the article via IEEE Xplore. The OA option will be offered to the author at the time the manuscript is submitted. If selected, the OA fee of $2,345.00 applies to all articles accepted on or after 1 January 2023, and it must be paid before the article is published in the journal. If you have unusual circumstances about this, please contact the Editor-in-Chief. Any other applicable charges (such as the over-length page charge and/or charge for the use of color in the print format) will be billed separately once the manuscript formatting is complete but prior to the publication.The traditional option, if selected, enables access to all qualified subscribers and purchasers via IEEE Xplore. No OA payment is required.
