Support for the publication of the journal is provided by the Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, Riga Technical University and Tallinn University of Technology as well as the Baltic Road Association.
To cover editorial and administrative costs, the authors will be charged an article production cost for submissions submitted commencing from December 1, 2024. The fixed article production cost is set at 800 euros per article and will be charged after the successful review stage upon accepting the article for publication. For articles submitted starting from September 1, 2026, the fixed APC will be 900 EUR per article.
